Similar to public fire departments, it has become standard practice across Germany for industrial sites to develop internal fire protection plans. These are typically referred to as demand and development plans.
Our focus lies in the planning and consultation of assigned or certified industrial fire brigades. We also assist internal fire protection teams and company-based emergency responders in their hazard prevention planning.
As part of this process, the specific risk scenarios within the fire brigade’s area of responsibility (e.g., at a factory, research institute, or hospital) are assessed. Based on this analysis, site-specific deployment scenarios are developed jointly with the fire brigade. The necessary personnel and technical resources are defined, and customized solution concepts are created. The goal is to clearly define protection objectives for the industrial fire brigade and provide actionable planning tools.
In parallel, we evaluate whether existing structures meet the required protection goals. If they do not, strategic recommendations are developed to guide the future design and development of the fire brigade.
