Building Planning & Functional Space Design

Thanks to our long-standing consulting experience, we are regularly involved in the development of spatial concepts for fire stations of all types and sizes. In personal consultations, we record the specific requirements that the fire service has for the building. We then match these with our expertise as well as with current normative and occupational safety standards.

From this comparison, we create a customized space allocation plan tailored precisely to the client’s needs. The design is coordinated with local decision-makers and can be further adapted based on individual preferences.

Upon request, we also integrate the spatial program into a feasibility study for an existing site. For this, we cooperate closely with Canal Architecture Firm.
